<div>苏里南达美酒店装修项目室外工程属地劳务分包招标公告Suriname RAMME RESORTS Decoration Project Outdoor Works Local Labor Subcontracting Bidding Announcement  一、招标类别：(略)Tender Category：(略)二、招标方式：(略)Tendering Method：(略)三、招标范围及工作内容：Scope of Work and Services：苏里南达美酒店装修项目室外工程工作内容包含但不限于：The outdoor engineering works for the Suriname RAMME RESORTS Decoration Project encompass, but are not limited to:1. 游泳池及相关设施工程包括游泳池结构处理、周边设施、配套服务设施以及完整的水处理系统安装与调试。     Swimming Pool and Related Facilities Works include structural treatment of the pool, surrounding facilities, supporting service facilities, and complete water treatment system installation and commissioning.2. 网球场工程涵盖基础施工、结构浇筑、挡墙砌筑、面层处理及围栏安装。     Tennis Court Works cover foundation construction, structural casting, retaining wall masonry, surface treatment, and fence installation.3. 垃圾房及化粪池工程包含垃圾房主体建设、电气系统安装及新增化粪池的土建与安装。     Garbage Room and Septic Tank Works include main structure construction of the garbage room, electrical system installation, and civil works and installation of new septic tanks.4. 围墙与围护结构工程涉及东侧围墙重建与西侧围墙修复施工。     Fence and Enclosure Structure Works involve reconstruction of the east fence and repair of the west fence.5. 给排水与管道系统包括各类管道敷设、检查井及附属配件安装。     Water Supply, Drainage, and Pipeline Systems include laying of various pipelines, inspection wells, and installation of accessories.6. 景观与铺装工程涵盖硬景铺装、绿化构筑物施工及喷泉水景工程。     Landscaping and Paving Works cover hardscape paving, green structure construction, and fountain water feature works.7. 电气与照明系统包含照明设备安装、电力电缆敷设及配电系统施工。     Electrical and Lighting Systems include lighting equipment installation, power cable laying, and power distribution system construction.8. 安防与监控系统包括监控设备安装和网络布线工程。     Security and Surveillance Systems include surveillance equipment installation and network cabling works.9. 成品安装与调运涉及集装箱处理及成品污水处理设施安装。     Prefabricated Installation and Handling involve container processing and installation of prefabricated sewage treatment facilities.(略). 劳务用工提供厨房帮厨、厨师及保洁人员的派驻服务。  Labor Employment provides deployment services for kitchen helpers, chefs, and cleaning staff.(略). 其他工作包含现场清理、验收配合及完成工程所需的全部费用与工作。      Other Worksinclude site cleaning, coordination for acceptance, and all costs and tasks required to complete the project.四、资格要求与合同条件1.为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的施工资质等级：(略)To perform this Construction Contract, the Bidder shall, at a minimum：(略)<ol><li> 投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标。</li></ol>The tenderer must possess independent legal person status. This project does not accept bids submitted in the form of a consortium.<ol><li> 为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令招标人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料。</li></ol>To qualify for the award of the contract, the tenderer shall furnish satisfactory qualification documents to the tendering authority, demonstrating compliance with the tender eligibility criteria and the capability to perform the contract. To this end, the tender documents submitted shall include the following materials.<ol><li> 有关确立投标法律地位的原始文件的有效复印件及原件扫描件（包括营业执照、资质等级证书、安全施工资格证、法人代表证或委托代理人证明书等），复印件需盖原章。</li></ol>Valid photocopies and scanned originals of documents establishing the legal status of the tenderer (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safety construction qualification certificate, certificate of legal representative or power of attorney for authorized agent, etc.), with photocopies bearing the original company seal.<ol><li> 按规定的格式填写公司的组织结构和拟在本工程担任项目经理及施工现场管理、主要施工人员的情况。</li></ol>A completed organizational chart of the company in the prescribed format, detailing the proposed project manager for this project, on-site management personnel, and key construction personnel.<ol><li> 按规定格式提供完成本工程拟采用的主要施工机械设备或工机具情况。</li></ol>A list of the primary construction machinery, equipment, or tools proposed for use in completing this project, provided in the prescribed format.<ol><li> 完成的与本工程相似的业绩及其合同履行情况。</li></ol>A record of completed projects similar to this one, along with details of their contractual performance.<ol><li> 中标人在接到中标通知书后5个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在(略)个日历日内签订完承包合同。</li></ol>The successful bidder shall commence contract negotiations within five calendar days of receiving the notice of award and shall complete the signing of the contract within ten calendar days. 四、招标人及联系方式 1、招标人：(略)Tenderer / Employer：(略) 2、联系人：(略)Contact：(略)3、联系方式：(略)Contact Information：(略)       苏里南达美酒店装修项目部Suriname RAMME RESORTS Decoration Project  </div>
