The Subcontractor shall be responsible for construction, auxiliary materials and machinery. The construction shall comply with the construction drawings and Marriott design standards. The Subcontractor shall be responsible for on-site cleaning, garbage removal and finished product protection. It shall cooperate with the cross-construction of other professional subcontractors and subject itself to the general contractor's management. The acceptance standard shall be subject to the confirmation of the Employer and the supervision party.四、资格要求与合同条件1.为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的施工资质等级：(略)To perform this Construction Contract, the Bidder shall, at a minimum：(略)<ol><li> 投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标。</li></ol>The tenderer must possess independent legal person status. This project does not accept bids submitted in the form of a consortium.<ol><li> 为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令招标人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料。</li></ol>To qualify for the award of the contract, the tenderer shall furnish satisfactory qualification documents to the tendering authority, demonstrating compliance with the tender eligibility criteria and the capability to perform the contract.
