3、投标人资格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：
1) 遵守国家法律、法令和条例，在中华人民共和国境内登记注册的，具有独立法人资格的企业，提交营业执照复印件；境外投标人须提供有效的企业登记证明材料；

2)投标人须提供遥测系统（通道数≮(略)CH，转速≥(略)rpm）类似项目经验，需提供合同复印件（以合同签订时间为准，且内容应包括用户名称、项目内容及合同双方盖章页等关键信息）；
2) The bidder shall provide similar project experience in telemetry systems (channel number ≮ (略)CH, speed ≥ (略)rpm), and shall provide a copy of the contract (based on the date of contract signing, and including key information such as user name, project content, and stamped pages of both parties to the contract));
3）投标人应为制造商或代理商；如为代理商，则应取得相应制造商对本项目的正式授权；
3) The bidder should be a manufacturer or an agent; If it is an agent, it shall obtain the official authorization of the corresponding manufacturer for this project;.
4）境内投标人提供中国人民银行出具的银行基本账户开户许可证复印件或由为企业开立基本存款账户的银行出具的具有企业其本存款账户编号的说明文件原件或复印件；
4) The domestic bidder shall provide a copy of the bank account opening license issued by the people&#(略);s bank of China. Or the copy of the explanatory document with the basic account number issued by the bank that opens the basic account;.
5）投标人须提供其开户银行在开标前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；
