Qualification requirements for the bidder3.1 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the goods or the agent directly authorized by the manufacturer. If the bidder is the agent, he/she shall provide the letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer, otherwise his/her bid will be rejected or other documents that can prove its supply capability.
